KL Rahul gets caught with this Bollywood heroine once again

Published

on

It is not a new trend to witness a cricketer dating a heroine. In the past, we have seen many cricketers dating popular actresses. Some of them went on to marry their lady loves as well. Noted Indian batsman KL Rahul seems to have joined this club as well. For the last few years, it is being rumoured that Rahul is dating Bollywood actress Athiya Shetty. However, both of them kept denying the news. Now, they are in the headlines once again.

Rahul is currently in Southampton, prepping up for the upcoming World Test Championship final against New Zealand. He is currently in quarantine. Meanwhile, Athiya is also chilling in Southampton right now. Moreover, it looks like both of them are spending some quality time together. Though they didn’t reveal it, we can find it out by scrolling through their respective Instagram feeds.

The latest pictures of both Rahul and Athiya on their Instagram feeds are clicked in the same park. Though they posted individual pictures on their respective profiles, one can identify that the couple is enjoying each other’s company in Southampton. These photos have now indirectly confirmed that they are in a relationship.

Athiya is the daughter of senior hero Suneil Shetty. She made her debut with the film Hero and then was seen in Motichoor Chaknachoor. Both the films failed to do well at the box office.

MC Mary Kom lost in her quarter final bout against Colombian Rio 2016 bronze medallist Ingrit Valencia at the Tokyo Olympics. She was declared the loser in a 3-2 decision in the quarter-final bout.

Speaking to a news channel, Mary Kom said that, “When I entered the doping centre to give my sample after the fight, even then I couldn’t believe that I lost. My coach was trying to tell me that I won, but what does that mean I’m not able to understand.”

She further added that, “I thought I was winning the fight. Then I saw Kiren Rijiju’s tweet on social media about my defeat, I was shocked and upset after that. I don’t know what to say, I can’t believe a decision like this was made.”

She also said that, “I can’t even protest because we were told that’s not allowed in this Olympics. Things like these have happened to me in the past as well in other competitions. It’s not the case with this Olympics alone. A similar thing happened with me in the last boxing world championships also.”

She asserted that this was the worst Olympics for her and very badly organised.
