YSRCP rebel MP Raghu Rama Krishnam Raju who currently is in Delhi might come back to Guntur jail. MP Raju who faced the allegations of making remarks on social media to incite and increase hatred on government was granted bail by the Supreme Court.
According to the rules, Ragharama Raju has to sign the bail papers in Guntur jail before leaving out on bail. However, Raghurama Krishnam Raju, who had to come to Guntur jail without signing on the bail papers, left for Delhi on a special flight from Secunderabad Military Hospital to Begumpet Airport for treatment.
In this context, the Guntur jail superintendent submitted the unsigned documents of Raghurama to the CID court on the 10th of this month. The trial court ruled that the accused was not released on bail because he did not sign the bond documents.
Hence, the remand warrant is in force. In this context, the court said that his remand will be extended till the 25th of this month. Will he come to Guntur and sign the papers? If Raghu Rama Raju fails to sign the bail papers in person, the YSRCP government will pounce on their rebel MP to make the most of the situation as he crossed all the bail terms.
So, it is worth waiting to find whether he sets foot on his homeland again where the majority of the people and the government is waiting to crush him.
Why Pawan Kalyan is in silent mode?
After disastrous results in the 2019 elections also, Pawan Kalyan is proved to be having potentiality to lead the Politics. He has surprised political circles by conducting a rally in Visakhapatnam against the sand crisis. He has announced to fight for Amaravathi.
But, he made a step back after having political friendship with BJP at national level. Then onwards, he became busy with movie shootings. With a number of movies, he is spending time at Hyderabad itself. Except for one or two statements, he is not active on politics.
BJP Government is irking the state by not giving funds to Polavaram Project and on the other hand, they are firm to sell Vizag Steel Factory despite the resistance. But, Mr. Pawan Kalyan didn’t respond until now on these subjects. Earlier, he had requested the BJP Government to take back the decision of sale of Vizag Steel Factory.
AP BJP leaders are roaming on temples and the issue of Tippu Sultan statue. TDP was limited to online struggle. YSRCP is keen on disputes, not on development. In this situation, Pawan Kalyan should be active, the Political circles have opined.
Fans are happy with Pawan’s movie schedules, But leaders of Janasena are in confusion. Majority are supporting their leader saying that funds are needed for political shows and movies are for that purpose only. Even they are questioning that when the voters didn’t care about their leader, why should he bother about all the issues. But, Pawan Kalyan himself declared that he will fight for the people, even if they didn’t vote for him.
The Political Analysts are saying that this should not be an approach of a political party or it’s leader. Being having potential to move the people, Pawan Kalyan should be active at this juncture, they have opined. They thought that his silent mode is because of BJP’s pressures only. It is better to act independently, not depending on any other party, they have suggested.
Atchannaidu, Kollu Ravindra, Devineni Uma.. Who is Next?
The arrest episode of Ex-Minister Devineni Umamaheswara Rao has once again proved that the YSRC has targeted leaders who worked as Ministers in the TDP Government. They are searching for the cause to register a case and then by hook or crook, sending them to remand. Everything is open and there is no hesitation for the YSRCP leaders and their subordinate Police in framing opposition leaders in the cases. They have planned a plot to arrest one more Ex-Minister and this is going to happen in the month of August only.
Mr.Atchannaidu was arrested in the case of ESI Scam. It was not established that Atchannaidu had a direct link to the scam. Even though they have registered a case through ACB and arrested him at his house in a dramatic manner. Even after the arrest they have harassed him in a wild manner.
Mr. Kollu Ravindra was framed in a murder case and was arrested by the Police. The total episode was executed in the direction of the Minister Perni Nani. Mr. Ravindra was sent to Rajamahendravaram Central Jail.
JC Prahakar Reddy in the case of fake registrations of buses and Dhulipalla Narendra in the case of AP Dairy were arrested and sent to remand. All have got bail and the proceedings are running in a routine manner. But, the YSRC has fulfilled their desire of sending these leaders to jail, whether the case will stand or not is not a matter to them.
Now, Devineni was also arrested in the same manner. He was framed in SC, ST Atrocity act and attempt murder case. He is going to get bail for sure. But, meanwhile he has to be in jail for the remand period.
Just like that, now the Government is trying to frame Mr. Lokesh in the Fibernet case. Even though there is no sufficient evidence, they are moving the case only to arrest him and to send him to Jail for a few days. As per the sources, this is going to happen in the month of August only.
Frustrated Peddireddy Is Angry With Sajjala?
Senior Minister of AP Mr. Peddireddy Ramachandra Reddy is angry with Government’s Chief Advisor Sajjala Ramakrishna Reddy. Mr. Sajjala is playing a dominant role in the party as well as in the Government. He himself is reviewing a few issues with the Ministers. He will address the media on an issue, where a Minister has to address. Even Police Officials are listening to Sajjala in spite of DGP in an unhealthy manner. All these developments have irked Minister Peddireddy Ramachandra Reddy, who is senior and close to the Chief Minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy.
Sajjala Ramakrishna Reddy, who is not a politician actually has become a shadow CM in the state. Seniors of YSRC are not able to overcome the dominant role played by Mr. Sajjala. Minister Peddireddy Ramachandra Reddy, who has stood in support of Jaganmohan Reddy before and at the time of elections in a financial manner, has tried to play a key role in the Government.
Mr. Sajjala who was slow in the beginning, has become strong now. He is commanding party matters as well as Government’s issues. When the Teacher’s recruitment issue came to the forefront, instead of Minister Adimulapu Suresh, Mr. Sajjala came and defended the Government in his own style. He has reviewed the construction progress of the housing projects with the concerned Minister.
In the background of the High Court’s remarks on Advisors’ roles & responsibilities and their payouts, Mr. Peddireddy Ramachandra Reddy has been trying to draw a discussion on the role of Sajjala Ramakrishna Reddy. Earlier, we heard that Peddireddy is trying for CM’s post, if Mr.Jaganmohan Reddy goes to Jail. As per the sources he is maintaining his group of MLAs in the state silently. He wants to throw back Mr. Sajjala and try to portray himself as number 2 in the cabinet. Despite not having a berth in the Cabinet, Sajjala is acting more than the Chief Minister. MLAs, Ministers who have grudges over Sajjala’s approach are lining up with Peddireddy, as per the sources. We have to wait and see whether the trails of Peddireddy will be successful or not.
